DRW is a project working for the rights of immigrants with disabilities in Sweden. Unfortunately we do not work with migration applications but we look at how reception and establishment programs work for people who are already in Sweden. You could look at the Migration Board’s home page and apply for a work permit visa if you are eligible? http://www.migrationsverket.se.
